Goals
- Improve search visibility through consistent, keyword-aware titles and category placement.
- Increase conversion by aligning product imagery, key specs, and bullet structure.
- Create a repeatable, scalable process for future listing updates and new product launches.
Approach
I began with a full audit of the existing catalog , tagging listings by keyword gaps, formatting inconsistencies, and missing spec fields. I then built a standardized template covering title structure, bullet hierarchy, category placement, and image requirements. Updates were rolled out in phases, prioritized by search volume and seasonal relevance.
On completion, I documented the process and handed it off as a repeatable workflow , so the team could maintain quality without starting from scratch on each new product batch.
Outcomes
- 150+ product listings fully audited, restructured, and optimized across eBay and Walmart.
- Improved keyword relevance and category alignment across the catalog, directly supporting higher search visibility.
- Built a scalable update workflow adopted by the team for ongoing catalog management , reducing time-per-listing on future updates.
At scale, consistency is a competitive advantage. A single well-structured template applied to 150 products creates more cumulative impact than perfecting any one listing. Building systems with handoff in mind , not just execution , is what turns a one-time project into lasting value.
